Except when I insert a new table and give it an automatically numbered caption, the new caption numbers are tracked, and they weren't automatically accepted by the macro. Is there some way to include the caption numbers so they also automatically get accepted.

What I'm trying to do is preserve the textual changes, while accepting the automatic renumbering. IN a large document, the cross references, caption numbering and page numbering can become insane, manually accepting hundreds of numbering changes is mind-numbing.
