Hi all

Weird issue for you - when dragging and dropping names between 'to' - 'cc - 'bcc' it doesn't always work. I've got the following scenarios..

Xen Desktop (running on iGel) - very, very intermittently works

Xen Desktop (running through VDI Blaster) - works every time

Xen Desktop access via Win 7 machine - works every time

Win 7 desktop (both 32 & 64 bit) - works every time

It would seem to be an iGel specific issue, but this is only happening to certain people. I've tried the following:

outlook.exe /safemode - still happens
outlook.exe /firstrun - still happens

I've done a complete removal and rebuild of Outlook profiles and it makes no difference.

It's one of those minor but extremely annoying issues that's just enough to make people complain and want a fix, telling them to stop being lazy and type the names they need isn't a fix on this occasion!

Any help would be much appreciated
