Bob, one last reply on this issue. I did submit the same question to the Microsoft Community.

The response I got was that you cannot use an import to send ot appt, like I was trying, they suggest I use VBA... see below...

You can't create meetings and send out invitations by importing an Excel sheet.


When you want to do this, you'll need to create a VBA solution which creates meetings and uses an Excel sheet as the source (or do this from Excel to cycle through all the records and create meetings).
