VBA code - no so much.... I am currently teaching myself VBA for Excel for a project directly related to this whole issue - Excel has marco recording which along with a number of Excel forums has greatly assisted me efforts. Outlook, has no such thing as a marco recorded so I would be starting from scratch - and for such a small thing as this, it wold not be a very efficient use of my time.
