I've been OS for 3½ months, hence the delay in replying. If you care to attach a document to a post with a copy of the problem table, I'll take a look at it for you.
I should have also said multiple computers all with differing graphics cards.

Given that it has happened across 6 computers: 1 Desktop with On-Board Graphics, 3 Different Dells (Different Motherboards and Different On-Board graphics cards) , 1 Apple with XP, 1 home desktop computer with non on board graphics card the issue would appear to be Word related.

Given that on all these computers the same issue occurs and only at the bottom of a page, some with footers some without, then finding and fixing it may be fun but would actually require MS to look.
