Default Graph displaying chronologically the amount of calls we get

I need to make a simple graph. I have a huge excel sheet documenting when we get calls from the media. The spreadsheet has the date for each call we get. I simply want to make a graph displaying chronologically when we get a lot of calls.

The X axis would just be a timeline.
The Y axis would be the frequency of calls.
If we got three calls on 9/16/13 I would like that point on the Y axis to be three times higher than on a day we had no calls. Does this make sense

I'm having trouble doing this because I only have one set of data to use; a bunch of dates.

Can someone please tell me how to do this.

Here is an example of the spreadsheet I'm working with.
