You can't turn wrapping off for a printed document nor in print preview.

I thought you could turn it off in the draft (normal) view but can't remember how.

Why do you want to do this? Word is not especially good for writing code.

Can you get the same effect by changing your page size to 8-1/2 x 14 with a landscape orientation and narrow margins?
