I 'm trying two methods.

One is the Insert->Video->Video from File.

This works but the swf is incorrectly scaled, moreover sometimes it shows a black frame around the swf video or at an edge. This depends on resolution presentation. Sometimes it's shown, sometimes it isn't.



The other method, the ActiveX "Shockwave flash" does not sometimes (but not all) start the video automatically despite having set "play" and "loop" to true.

What should I do? I can't change the aspect ratio since I don't know where my presentation will be played. It has to work with all aspect ratios.
