My colleague and I are working on a PPT presentation that has music and flash files embedded on the slides.

Every time he sends the file to me, none of the music will play and the slides with the flash files will come up blank. My solution is to just re-embed the flash files and the music files so that I can view/hear them on my end.

However, when I send the file back to him, he has the same problem - the music is missing and the slides with the flash files come up blank.

He is using a PC (IBM) and I'm on a Mac. Does anyone know what is going on and how we can resolve this problem?
