You can do this, Molesy, but it'll take an understanding of the Word object, not Excel. If I were doing this, I'd start by writing a VBA program in Word to embed an Excel worksheet in a Word document. Once you have that working, once you know how it works, you can go back to Excel and do the same thing from that direction by a) starting up the Word application and then b) giving the Word object the same commands that worked when you were actually in Word.

And, of course, if you cannot figure out how to do it in Word—the Word object model is after all very different from Excel—the best place to get help is in the Word forum. The VBA language is the same in both, you understand; its the Word object, its properties and methods, that are different, and the Word forum has the right people to help you understand how to embed a document in Word.
