Default Alignment

Hi, Craig. The default for inserted images is that their text-wrapping is set to inline. What you need is square with alignment at left. I don't know of a way to do this except manually; the macro recorder doesn't seem to like my idea of setting the pictures alignment and text wrapping after it has been inserted, though someone might be able to write you a macro to do this.

Meanwhile, you can create a paragraph style that includes the first line indent, so that you don't have to recreate it each time. Then, after inserting the image, select it, press the context key and then Z (for the Size dialogue), or right-click and select Size and Position. On the Text Wrapping tab, select Square; on the Position tab, select Left relative to Column (or Margin).
