Another little trick is to write some basic Micros, then go in and see how Word writes the code to do it...You can then learn how to combine these snippets into ever more complex code to do what you want
Note, sometimes Word may write more code than you would need
Word's MVP site is always helpful
Then use YouTube to give you the visuals, which I like
