Dear All,

I am in process of designing a questionaire form.it contains total 10 questions.
One question have four option (I am using the option button Active X).
While selecting question no 1 answer Only one option would be selected.
for question no 2 answer Only one option would be selected.
and so on.
But while in my form selecting question no 1 answer it is selected one option. while selecting question no 2
answer the question no 1 answer selection option vanish.
That is i want to ten selection from ten question one option from one question.
But i am failed to do so ?

Please assist ?

How can i do this ?
