Default Copy tasks from one PC to another, there is no network connection between each machin

Hi Forum,

I have been making a .txt backup of my tasks by selecting all the tasks (Ctrl A) then using File/Save As. This puts all the tasks into one text file which is good enough for a backup but not very convenient if I ever need to restore them. It's also not convenient if I want to copy the tasks to another machine that is not on a network (for example my home computer). To make matters worst I just discovered that if I select any one task and do a file/save it forces the output to be saved as a .rtf (rich text file) which is good, but if I select more than one task (for example all of them via ctrl A) then it forces the output to be saved as a .txt file and this causes any task that uses rich text to be excluded (strange that it does not include the plain text and just drop the formatting but it appears to just skip the task altogether). So the backups I have been making all these years have been incomplete but so far it has not mattered. Can anyone suggest a method that allows me to backup all my tasks and copy them to another PC that is not on a common network drive.

Thanks you for taking the time to read this, best regards to all.
