On occasion I get a WIA error. Now, both my scanner (Epson V600 Photo) and my printer/scanner (Canon ImageClass MF4690) won't scan. They both have WIA as a common dependency. I have Windows 7 Pro and Office 2010. I also run Norton360 Premier as a virus checker. What happened?
