I just got back from a couple weeks vacation and both my computer and my wife's (different accounts) will send emails, but not receive them. We have Outlook 2003. The Test Account Settings works on both. Both accounts were working fine two weeks ago before we left. Our provider is Comcast and they didn't have any ideas.
