Default Timesheet formula help

I have a very basic spreadsheet that I use to keep track of my hours at work. I have it set up in 5 day work weeks per tab. I have the calendar date at the top of each days column and I have the first day (monday) linked to the previous Monday ( i.e. =SUM('09.21.09'!B1+7) where 09.21.09 is the tab name for the previous week and I'm adding 7 days to the value of the date in field B1).

What I'd like to do is make it a little more automated. When I make a new copy of a blank timesheet tab, I'd like that formulate to automatically be directed to the previous tab, instead of having to link the formula each time I make a new tab. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I have attached a sample of the spreadsheet that I'm talking about.

Thanks in advance.
