Whenever I try to install this add-in I get a "System.Transactions.TransactionException" with a stack trace that points from the MediaWikiInstaller to System.EnterpriseServices.RegistrationHelper.Insta llAssembly and eventually to System.Transactions. TransactionScope.PushServiceDomain.

Does anyone know what this means ? I am told I have Admin privilege, so I don't think that is it.
