Hi all. I hope to find an answer to this question here. The problem showed up in MS Access but I'm thinking it is a general Office problem. Our company is upgrading everyone (a few at a time it seems) from Office 2007 on Windows XP to Office 2010 on Win7. When a user with Win7 opens my application and the next user has XP, the object libraries are not recognized. It seems the Win7 machine changes the references for the application to Office14. I keep having to changes the references back to Office12 from Office14 when this happens.

Does anyone know a permanent solution for this problem? Maybe a way (in VBA) to detect the OS when the app starts and then set the references accordingly? Thanks in advance.
