Default How to make any fraction look the same as the auto fraction

If you type 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4 Word will automatically convert those to look like fractions. The same is not true if you type 2/3. Microsoft suggests, "Method 1: Use an Equation Field to Create the Fraction:" using this equation, 'EQ \F(a,b)" or Method 2: Use Equation Editor to Create the Fraction:" OR "Method 3: Use Superscript and Subscript Formatting to Create the Fraction:"
The problem with all of these 3 methods is that the fraction does not look anything like the auto feature when you type 1/4/ 1/2 3/4. Making your paper look bad. The other option given is: "Create an AutoCorrect Entry for the Fraction Symbol" I tried this, read it carefully, in case I had made a mistake but it just doesn't seem to work. If I type '1/3/ it look exactly as I typed it--nothing changes. Any pointers?
