Hello I am very discriminated every where. I find it very difficult to follow the certain colors like small lines of flow charts, graphics, charts presented in word or excel. I am looking for help in finding the any free or applications which I can buy help me solve this problem.

If you cannot think of any applications, please help me find the RGB values of colors in 1. word, 2. Excel, 3. Presentations (PPT) etc so that I can find at every point the RGB and try to co-relate the colors.
