Office 2013 & 2010 Equations font issue
Hi there, sorry for asking a question for my first post!
I am using Office 2013 and Office 2010 on two different computers and often need to make equations in MS Word.
I use the Equations tab and often need to use a curly x and other characters but it defaults to a regular x when it is the first thing entered. I can easily highlight it and then italicise it and then it appears curly, but this is something that I think should be default. I have a friend using Office 2007 and it seems to be default on his computer.
If anyone knows a way to make it curly by default I'd really appreciate it as it's something I enter a lot. By the way, the default font used is Cambria Math and the Equation Options and Maths AutoCorrect are set to default. Thanks!
(For some reason when I insert an equation on PowerPoint, the x is automatically made curly, it just seems to be Word specifically where it needs to be italicised manually.)
