I have written a document containing some equations written using Equation Editor. These are split across two pages, but for some reason they won't print on the first page. All equations are shown when I look at the print preview, but are only printing on the second of the pages containing them.

I've tried copying the whole text to a new document, deleting and re-writing the equations, but nothing seems to work. Please help!
