Default Word 2013 file opens as WD00000x and in 97 - 2003 format
When I double click an Office 2013 Word file in windows explorer, Windows 7, 32 bit, it opens as a Word 97 - 2003 file and with a new name, wd00000x or similar. When I want to save as it opens a temporary file folder in Admin.

If I open the file from a recent file in word, it opens normally.

All file associations are correct and have never been changed since I installed Office 2013.

Any ideas?
