I purchased the Microsoft Office 2011 package from Digisoft a couple hours ago. I downloaded the zip folder, and successfully installed the software. However, I was never asked to put in the product key and none of the applications will open.

When I try to open Word, Word says it must close due to an unexpected error. I've tried restarting my computer- nothing works. I know I'm usually prompted to enter the product key automatically, but the Microsoft Office Setup Assistant isn't working either and has failed to prompt for the key. Please let me know how I can get this software up and running ASAP. Thank you!
