Hi to everyone on the board

I would like to ask for some pointers on how to get started with a project I need to complete.

I have an excel spreadsheet which tracks intraday data from a charting package for shares etc. I want know if there is a way of capturing certain data that occurs during the day and recording it any of the MS Office program?

I then need to be able to acces that data to display it along with the realtime data in a user friendly way.

any idea's on where I start?
