I am working on creating a standard letter for the company, I have tried two options;

1) forms (see Forms toolbar)
2) with a UserForm

I am using option 2 (UserForm) at the moment but I'm still have some questions.

Nr 1
I would like to lock the document so that users can no longer make changes in the layout of the document but are still able to change the variables (which they have filled in the User Form).

This was possible using a form, only with a UserForm I can not select the fields.

Nr 2
If a user doesn't fill in a field in the UserForm, it will automatically add a standard tag in the document (eg [postal code]). In this case the user can change this manually.

What I want is that when a user clicks on [postal code], it will immediately fully select the field so that the user can add his/her text without deleting the tag first

Nr 3
I was also curious if there is a (standard) macro function to change the words filled in by the user to a word with a capital.
