Default [SOLVED] Mail merge custom labels with double mention of addresses

Hello all,

I have a little problem with the Word 2010 mail merge. I want to print each address twice (next to each other, one for the document itself, one for the label to put on the letters). The background image is just for checking the layout, it is deleted when printed (can the image automatically be set not to print?).

The problem is that I can't find a way to enter each address twice using <<next record>><<address bloc>>. I can't get the counter to restart or I can't find a way to refer to record No. X.

An other problem I find is the tedious way of making the layout. I'd rather use text boxes which I would use to indicate the exacte spot, but for some weird reason Word doesn't seem to able to do this. I have tried working in two columns, with a small column on the right for the second address (not so in the attached file btw). Although that works, it is quite an archaic way of doing it. So if there is a better way, I'd love to hear about it.

Kind regards and thanks in advance for any help,

bng
