I am using MS word 2013, but I had the same problem with 2010.
return address is truncated.
I have another computer that has the same envelope file that prints fine.
both computers are running win 7, both have the same canon printer mg 5320, both are using the same driver 2.56
I have tripled check all feeds, margin settings, printer properties, form properities. I have been working on this on and off for 4 weeks.
