not just two, there must be some 30 text fields where one has to enter data.
now the data entered by applicant into one format should be moved to another format, the second fomat is confidential with some more details added from management so it cannot be given to the person directly.
after understanding little, what i felt is writing macros to move the contents of these text fields from one format to another is tedious, instead doing manual is easy. but iam not sure if I have landed into correct decision.
