I understood you require the data after saving the form as you mentioned, when i did it, what i see in a text document is meaning less (formatting characters).

The realtion between text fields, is nothing particular it is same
Name to Name
surname to surname

apart from these regular details as in resumes there are no particular textfields in the forms.
