OK, but to transfer the data between the documents, one would need to know for each formfield in the source document the formfield in the target document with which it corresponds. Ideally, you'd use the formfields' internal bookmark names for this. If it's only for one document, it'd probably take less time to do the transfer manually than it would to develop & test a macro.
