I am hoping someone may be able to help me.

Is there a way to set Outlook so the most recent messages in the Outlook Inbox folders are the one highlighted so when you open up a folder the most recent message is highlighted? Currently when I open up any folder I have to scroll to the bottom to view the most recent message.
