Microsoft word table export ? -need help-

i have a very long word document that looks like this:

is there is a way to make Mword export all the tables to multiple text or word file ?

i mean to auto save every table to a text or a word file ? could it be done automatically ?

btw , i don't care about the table itself i only need the writings inside it
