Default Adding Space To Subtitles

Hi,

At the bottom there are 2 different figures, you can see 2 small parts of subtitles of a movie. Figure A is the original and figure B how I want it to be. As you can see there are 4 paragraphs of 1, 2, 1 and 2 verses.

1st and 3rd paragraph are with 1 verse and I want to add an extra space for all paragraphs with 1 verse to the next paragraph. Example like figure B, between 1st and 2nd verse there are 2 spaces and the same as between 3rd and 4th verse there are 2 spaces too.

What I am looking for is, if it is possible that Microsoft Word can add this space automatically with a code or something for the whole movie's subtitles, instead of having to add this space one by one?
