purchased a computer loaded with Office Professional trial but with dvd of Office Home and Student 2010 which would be just beaut for me.
Professional trial is now ended so the program opens but will not work so i tried to load Home and Student -
seems to load - asks for product key - and validates it but though "finished" is not installed.
advised to close down and start up but still not abl to use Office Home and Student but menue reads Microsoft Office - opens and is an unlicenced site

lease advise what i am doing wrong
