Hi , thanks for the info and I think PSP trying to open anything one is trying to d/load with the extention .img.

It's how to get around that , that I'm having difficulty with. I use WinZip 7 quite a lot, but, the thing is that once I click the d/load button from the Microsoft site the d/load of Microsoft Office 2013Pro immediatley starts and is d/loading into a defualt d/loads folder on my hard-drive with no options for me to change to a different folder. So it d/loads into this folder, and once finished d/loading the PSP image is on the front of the d/loaded programme.

Not sure what to do next, might just say to hell with it and keep Office 2010.
