Default Heading on each page of the ToC?

Is there any automatic way to get a heading to appear on each page of the Table of Contents, or will I have to build the table myself and use the top two rows as table headers in order to get them on every page of the table?
For example, I have a Table of Contents which spans 10 pages, and I would like the following to appear at the top of each of those pages before the content:
TABLE OF CONTENTS
PARAGRAPH PAGE

I have searched online for this, and I just can't find an answer anywhere. It does not appear that anyone has ever asked the question before. I have played around with the ToC for a few days, and I just have not found an automatic way of getting this task accomplished. The only thing I can think of now is to create a table myself, make the top two rows a "Table Header", and manually put in the contents. Anyone have any better ideas? Thanks.
