Hi all

Strange problem. I can't print black text in Word(or Excel) but web documents print black ok. Can also print black text when using my printer copying facility

Have checked all my printer settings but can't see anything untoward so at the moment I suspect the problem lies somewhere in Word itself but I may be wrong.

Any answers please.
