Default Outlook 2010 mails not sent

When creating emails they periodically remain in the Outbox and are not sent.
I have tried sending them by clicking "Send/Receive All Folders" and by clicking "Send All" in the "Send / Receive" tab.

In the Outbox I have noticed that the effected emails have a value of "None" in the Sent column. Emails that do get sent have a data & time i nthe Sent column.

How do I fix this? I need all emails to be sent! It is annoying because not only are they not sent but I have to delete them in the Outbox and recreate them.
