I have a user running Office 2003 with the latest service pack on Windows XP x64.

Whenever he tries to right click a picture and use the send to/mail recipient, It brings up a dialog with radio buttons to shrink the image. Then after you make a selection from there it doesnt do anything. It is supposed to open outlook and start a new email with the picture attached.

Any help would be appreciated.


What I have tried so far:

I have double checked that outlook is the default email program.

I have gone to folder options/ file types/(NONE) URL:MailTo Protocol. Clicked advanced and edited the open action. From there I changed the switch at the end to "/a %1" and I've tried "-c IPM.Note /m "%1"
