I don't know what you mean by "delay analysis." Project will show you tasks that have been delayed - how much they are delayed - and of course the impact of delays on your schedule.

"Delay analysis" would certainly involve these components, but as a project manager, you need to be able to explain why the delay occurred - nothing beats good documentation.
