Hi All!

How do I stop Word 2007 from automatically inserting an en dash for a hyphen that I want to keep?

I want "hokey<sp><hyphen><sp>pokey. when I type this Word auto corrects it to an en-dash for the hyphen.

Also, if and when I can turn this off, how do I then a manually insert an en-dash when I (rarely) need it?
