Default Excel Pivot - Do not display rows with zero value

Is there a way in a pivot table to have the pivot not show rows that have a zero value from my data page?

Because the cell has a formula that adds up to $0, it still shows up in the pivot. I want the pivot to ignore any rows that show the formula as zero.

I even used the following formula in my cell so it shows no value, but the pivot still picks up this cell as $0.

=IF(SUM(J2:Z2)=0,"",SUM(J2:Z2))
