Default Creating Calendar Entries using Specific Times

I am trying to create a calendar entry in my Outlook calenday. When I select all day the entry appear in my calendar. When I spepct a specitif time it does not appear in my calendar. If is change the setting to all day it does appear in my calendar. Any help wuld be greatly appreciated.
