Default Sharing Calendar: How to set up a shared calendar with 2-3 users as owners

How to set up a shared calendar with 2-3 users as owners and the entire company/an ilist as Reviewers. Right now I'm only able to add individual names in the Permission's tab.


Requirements:
Name: Sales Calendar
Owners: A group of 2-3 users (who will have edit rights)
Audience: Entire Org/Company (who will have read only permission) Any updates by the Owners should reflect in the Shared Calendar.
