I never had a problem receiving images on my BB but suddenly the attachments appear as winmail. They also appear this way on my ipad. I know this is an outlook issue as if i send the same JPG from online webmail (which i never usually use) the image is received fine.
I have checked the mail settings on outlook (2010). They are 'compose in HTML' and 'convert to HTML', so can't be an RTF problem?
Could this be due to a software update? What else can I try?
