Two possibilities spring to mind:
1. A hardware fault. If everything works fine for you when you use a different PC, that's the most likely cause. This is especially so if it doesn't work for other users when they use your PC.
2. A user profile fault. If it still doesn't work for you when you use a different PC, that's the most likely cause. This is especially so if everything works fine for other users when they use your PC.
