I want to create a table that looks exactly like the one above. I have the merge-cells part figured out. I also know how to colour the insides of the cells. But I can't seem to figure out how to get

1) borders on three sides exactly like that
2) vertical border like that in the middle
3) getting the colour outside the outer border (note the bleeding colour below the bottom border)
