So I just got the new office 2013. I want to use Outlook for my email but it will not open. Every time I try and click on it it says things like "Did not close correctly last time would you like to open in safe mode?" I click yes and before it opens it brings up an error box not allowing it to open and saying microsoft is looking for a solution.

Any idea what might be wrong?

I have tried repairing it, tried reinstalling, nothing seems to work
